Partex Standard Board – 12 mm :

Standard Board is used for walls and ceilings with unique properties making it incombustible, smooth, attractive and designed for seamless decoration. Gypsum Board is for uses on interior walls and ceilings. Gypsum Boards are an interior gypsum board that consists of a solid set, gypsum core enclosed in ivory colored face paper and liner back paper. Long edges are slightly tapered, allowing joints to be reinforced and concealed with joint tape and joint compound. Standard Gypsum Boards are available in a variety of lengths.

Boards are manufactured according to ASTM standards C-1396, tested according to ASTM C 36-85 and conformed to BS -1230 standards.

• Widely used for partitioning works and false ceilings which require high standards of sound and fire protection limit

• Star Gypsum Green water and moisture resistant boards are manufactured with silicon additives to improve resistance to water where percentage of water absorption does not exceed 5% as per ASTM standard. Those boards are used in the places exposed to high moisture and humid areas such as swimming pool, bath room and coastal projects.
• Star Gypsum Fire & Moisture resistant boards are made with fiber glass and impregnated with silicon oil/emulsion additive to get good mechanical strength
• Fire & Moisture resistant boards are mostly used in underground houses/stores, military underground ammunition depots.
