GypSerra U-Stud:

GypSerra^® is made of special high-performance steel that undergoes stringent quality checks and controls to ensure correct and consistent base material for further profiling. The steel comes in rolled coils to maintain the proper thickness throughout its length. Quality checks ensure correct selection of material for strength and corrosion resistance. The steel sheet is work-hardened by passing it through a teethed roller with a patented serration design which gives a typical unique serration pattern on the surface. This serration pattern along with Gyproc Logo embossed on each component are the key identifiers of genuine GypSerra^® from Gyproc.

Serration process which produces a unique serrated pattern across the surface of the material; Which results in to:

• Increased Surface Area (8% more than plain sheet)
• Doubled Surface Thickness (than plain sheet)
• Stronger Surface due to work hardening
• Increased load carrying capacity (10% higher than the conventional section)

All components in GypSerra^® Partition Framing System are with Al-Zn coating of 150 gsm which provides superior corrosion resistance ( upto 5 times than Zn 120 gsm)
